Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone and online chat interactions. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional phone and online chat support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
