Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Investigating the nature of incidents being claimed, evaluating inspection reports, photos, and previous service invoices to determine the best course of action
- Entering data detailing the events and damage related to the incident, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Reviewing the claim-holder's warranty to determine what should be covered, providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers
- Coordinating the services of mechanics to ensure prompt and effective repairs, negotiating claim settlements with claimants as needed
- Meeting performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of prior experience in a similar role or call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
- A willingness to accept new challenges and adapt to changing situations
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job
