Job Opportunity
We're currently seeking a Customer Care Professional to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, guiding individuals through their financial planning options, and making a positive impact on their lives. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the added option of working from a nearby branch location.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping and educating individuals about their financial planning options, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more
- Guiding and assisting customers with their financial planning needs, including areas such as retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more
- Engaging with diverse groups of people, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer care
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in customer care and financial planning
Desirable Experience
While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we're looking for candidates with:
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others
- Experience in sales, marketing, accounting, or managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial roles
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care and building strong relationships with diverse groups of people
Employment Type and Compensation
As a 1099 employee, you'll be eligible for a competitive commission-based compensation package. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
