Key Responsibilities

As a Copywriter and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our content creation and data management efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation

+ Write engaging, clear, and SEO-optimized copy for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms + Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates our design philosophy and services + Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance + Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality content

Data Entry and Management

+ Accurately enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets and our internal database + Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility + Perform regular data quality checks and clean-up activities to ensure information is up-to-date

Research

+ Conduct online research to gather relevant information and insights for content creation and project support + Compile and analyze data to assist with market research and competitive analysis

Collaboration

+ Work closely with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy across all communications and data entries + Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content and support project requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Proven experience as a copywriter, data entry specialist, or in a similar role
• Excellent Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Data Management: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Research Skills: Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources
