Experienced Claims Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity

Job Summary:

We're seeking bright, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our growing claims department as a Claims Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering internal and external phone and email inquiries, and navigating our claims system to advise customers on their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze information in our claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts

• Request and distribute internal information to aid our Claims Adjudication Department
• Answer phone and email inquiries and provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and claims processes
• Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures
• Be a team member, work effectively in a friendly team environment
• Be interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
• Other job duties as assigned

Key to Success:

* Minimum High School graduate or GED required

• Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and multitask, must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers, call center experience preferred
• Proficient working on a PC, working knowledge of MS Office, able to learn new programs quickly, type at least 35 wpm, and document information while discussing the claim over the phone
• Automotive Service Department experience preferred. Warranty Administrators, BDC Representatives, Automotive Cashier/Receptionist, Service Writers are also encouraged to apply
