Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
- Provide assistance to customers through live chat in a timely and efficient manner. - Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and patient support initiatives while ensuring a positive customer experience. - Resolve issues and provide solutions by actively listening and engaging with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding. -
Data Management:
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Monitor and track support requests to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution. -
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to communicate customer feedback and support initiatives. - Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer service outcomes. -
Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, policies, and industry trends. - Mentor new team members on best practices in customer engagement and support. -
Performance Metrics:
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. - Demonstrate accountability by consistently striving to exceed set performance targets.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support environment or healthcare-related industry. -
Education:
