Responsibilities:
+ Handle incoming customer service inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts + Respond to support-related questions from existing customers and sales-related inquiries from potential new customers + Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively + Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
+ No prior experience necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided + Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions + Ability to work independently, closely following provided instructions + Reliable internet connectivity + Availability for at least 10 hours per week
