Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Identifying and escalating customer complaints to ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and issue resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements, including data protection and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and metrics
