Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll resolve travel-related concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments, while maintaining professionalism while handling high-pressure or escalated situations.
