Job Summary

As an Amazon Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and/or email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and communication tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with Amazon products and services
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
