Experienced Amazon eCommerce Manager/Data Entry Specialist – Hybrid Remote Work Opportunity

About the Role
As an Amazon eCommerce Manager/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing data entry tasks and assisting with the graphic design of product listings on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to drive success in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for processing shipments, uploading product images, transferring data, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities
* Process and prepare shipments for Amazon.com orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Upload and update product images for various eCommerce platforms, maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal
- Transfer data from various sources into the new database, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy
- Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity
- Correct and modify inaccurate files and records, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly, maintaining data security and integrity
- Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace
- Sort and organize incoming purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Input data into spreadsheets, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Print orders and product labels for orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Process information from warehouse stock updates, out-of-stock situations, and packing information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery
- Update the RDI order system to ensure stock deducts properly, maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Handle pricing updates, including sale price increase requests and MSRP pricing updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing
- Update both Amazon Vendor US and Canada catalogs with new items as directed by management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings
- Organize bulk vendor orders and review with management and warehouse before accepting or denying orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Print all bulk order paperwork and product labels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Provide stock status updates in Vendor US and Canada as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist the office with miscellaneous tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software applications
- Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
- Thinks 'outside the box' and is open to new ideas, new methods, and finding creative solutions, demonstrating innovation and problem-solving skills
- Embraces a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written skills and copywriting experience, with the ability to create engaging and effective content

Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with data entry in eCommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of Amazon and other eCommerce platforms
- Graphic design experience, with a portfolio of creative and visually appealing designs
