Job Summary

As an AI Chat GPT Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven chatbot solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline interactions. This role requires advanced knowledge in AI, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and experience working with Watson X Assistant. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align chatbot functionality with business needs and collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and business analysts to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and Develop AI Chatbots: Build, deploy, and optimize intelligent chatbot solutions using IBM Watson X Assistant for various use cases.

• Integrate with Backend Systems: Develop APIs and integration points to connect the chatbot with existing business systems and databases.
• NLP and Machine Learning Implementation: Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the bot's ability to understand and respond to user inputs accurately.
• Training and Optimization: Continuously improve chatbot performance by training models and refining responses based on analytics and feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and business analysts, to align chatbot functionality with business needs.
• User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Documentation: Create technical documentation and guidelines for future maintenance and feature upgrades.

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, or chatbot development.

• Proven experience with IBM Watson X Assistant in building and deploying conversational AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of NLP frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.
• Experience with APIs and backend integrations for chatbot solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AI-driven applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment.

* Experience with voice-enabled assistants.
