Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Web Chat Agents to join our team, providing exceptional online support for inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, financing, and general dealership questions. As a representative of our esteemed dealer clients, you will play a pivotal role in transforming online conversations into actionable leads, ultimately driving revenue from their website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat interactions, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience.
- Schedule appointments by discerning customer needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Cultivate and update a knowledge base reflecting our constantly evolving products and services, ensuring that our agents are equipped with the latest information.
- Record customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up, ensuring that we stay connected with our customers.
- Summarize chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation, providing valuable insights to our dealer clients.
Required Skills
* Exemplary customer service skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong decision-making and analytical acumen, with the ability to analyze customer data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Basic proficiency in internet and window-based computer applications, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools.
- Fast typing skills, ideally at least 35 WPM, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to multitask effectively, with gaming experience viewed as advantageous, as you will be handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with our customers.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, yet not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure our agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM is required; 40 WPM or higher is preferred, as you will be handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary, as we require a strong foundation in communication and customer service.
- Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or similar customer service role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience, as we value your existing skills and knowledge.
- Must successfully pass a background check, as we prioritize the safety and security of our customers and employees.
