About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in managing planned and unplanned sales activities, ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements, and driving process improvements across our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage planned and unplanned sales activities affecting orders and customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Run SAP queries and utilize reports to identify trends and solutions, driving business insights and process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers to achieve shared goals.
  • Conduct day-to-day customer service activities, manage escalated issues, and provide clear and thorough documentation and communication.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Ensure execution of all customer requirements during promotional activities, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Availability to work rotating weekends.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center.
  • Three years of experience in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems.
  • A sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and ability to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
  • Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office preferred.
