Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Support, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative support to our team members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising complex schedules and plans for one team member in a proactive manner, resolving conflicts, organizing responses of key stakeholders, and communicating with the team member on any information they should know.
  • Developing and implementing development and working environments for team members.
  • Preparing cost reports.
  • Assisting with preparing Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, plans, reports, and various stories for objectives for the organization.
  • Being available to messages, emails, and calls, with contact outside standard business hours.
  • Saving team members' time by inspecting, investigating, assembling, and segregating information depending on the circumstance, promptly.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of related experience in working in administrative partner work or an organization with equivalent requirements.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to work flexible hours as required by the needs of the organization and attend meetings and events.
