Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by accurately and efficiently processing customer information, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Support Record Goal operations by accurately and efficiently processing customer information, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service

  • Apply information while speaking with delinquent clients to resolve account discrepancies and provide solutions
  • Look for ways to improve the quality of customer experience by gathering and arranging terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances
  • Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for misconduct
  • Seek guidance from supervisors and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal personnel
  • Connect with internal and external stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues related to Record Goal operations

Required Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, customer service, or sales climate, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines
  • Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to changing needs and priorities
  • Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management
  • Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while cultivating a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all levels of the organization, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling phone calls
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision
  • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • Military experience in personnel administration, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting
  • Military knowledge or examination experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
  • Experience working with military regulations and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authoritative reporting, and assisting in keeping military staff battle-ready and effective

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
