The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, ensuring the integrity of our systems, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your primary duties will include:

• Utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborating with pharmacists and other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, ensuring the integrity of our systems

• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Previous experience in retail or healthcare environments, preferably with arenaflex
• Strong math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and pharmacy systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment

• Previous work experience with arenaflex
• % certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Knowledge of store inventory management and pharmacy systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
