Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Main Responsibilities
* Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide personalized assistance, actively listening to their needs and preferences
- Gather feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What We're Looking For
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for building strong relationships
- Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
Technical Requirements
* Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment
