The Opportunity
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a Remote Customer Experience Champion, you'll have the opportunity to work from home after completing a comprehensive on-site training program in Tulsa. What You'll Do
As a Call Center Inbound Customer Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing a positive and reassuring experience for customers who may be panicked about their missing pets
- Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
- Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including days and evenings
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's cutting-edge technology

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
- A quiet designated work area at home (if working remotely)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
