Job Description

As a Bilingual Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and effective support to customers via live chat

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the Online Chat Manager to escalate complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional image in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent language skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations

Essential Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software
  • Strong language skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish (or other languages as required)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with social media and online platforms
