Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Austin, USA. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, utilizing your expertise in web and cloud application development to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions

  • Utilize your expertise in web and cloud application development to resolve complex technical issues and deliver innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry advancements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on web and cloud application development
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong emphasis on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to varying audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication
  • Proficiency in iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems, as well as experience with cloud-based applications and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex products and services, with a strong understanding of our technology stack

  • Certification in technical support, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
