Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience from the comfort of their own homes.

• Promote and sell air journeys to the touring public or freight forwarders, leveraging your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
• Assist with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
• Interpret and communicate authority guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipments.
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring efficient operations.
• Provide support to troubled passengers and clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Protect business assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.
• Possess the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including operating motorized equipment.
• Use organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within a restricted timeframe.
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, and respond to safety and emergency situations.
• Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to arenaflex's standards.
• May be required to operate air stairs to board and disembark passengers from various types of aircraft.
• Responsible for the overall performance of the work location, guiding and directing the work of other employees as needed.
• May be required to perform Passenger Operations Control duties, including air-to-ground communication and Tower operations.

What You'll Need for Success:

* Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Fluency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking) + Bilingual language skills required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain stable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer service experience in the travel industry + Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services + Strong problem-solving and communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
