Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you will be empowered to make decisions that drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address customer needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
