Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Performing data entry processes into a database with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
• Handling assigned tasks and projects, verifying and correcting information, codes, and account numbers as necessary
• Processing special and recurring reports and administrative records, maintaining confidentiality and discretion while working with sensitive information
• Ensuring complete and accurate data entries into the system by comparing data entered with source documents and resolving any discrepancies
• Maintaining detailed production records and reporting completed work on a daily basis
• Assisting with filing documents when applicable

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in data entry or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of the process
• Excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking and deadline management
• Proficiency in English with excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing seamless interaction with team members
