Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics
  • Processing and tracking orders, shipments, and inventory
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Providing planning and administrative support to the team
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Executing other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience or education in a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to use office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and multi-line telephones
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service or sales role

  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
  • Experience with data entry and reporting
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
