The Opportunity

As a Work Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, which includes Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and provide personalized support. Your impact will be felt across the organization, as you help to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Offer additional products and services to customers, increasing average order value and driving revenue growth
• Personalize the customer experience through active listening, empathy, and tailored solutions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00/hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses

System Requirements

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

• Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
• Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain a stable internet connection

Training and Development

* 8-week training program, with a focus on products, services, and industry trends

• Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Regular feedback and coaching from supervisors and colleagues

Work Schedule

* 20 hours per week, with a set schedule that includes one weekend day and one weekday off

• 5-day work schedule, with 4-hour set shifts
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
