Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Proficiency in typing (30 WPM or more) with 90% accuracy, as well as basic computer skills and navigation
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
