Job Responsibilities:

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues effectively to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilizing our systems and technology for account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication
  • Identifying sales opportunities and applying sales skills to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth

What We're Looking For:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
