The Role

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team as Remote Chat Support Specialists. As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing incoming live chat messages on our website and social media channels, addressing customer concerns, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth customer experience. You'll also have the opportunity to escalate complex issues to the appropriate contacts and work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming live chat messages on our website and social media channels, addressing customer concerns about returns, re-ordering, and other queries.

  • Ensure a smooth customer experience by providing accurate information and escalating complex issues to the appropriate contacts.
  • Receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success in your role.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

* Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity capable of managing multiple communication channels.

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Available to work anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
