Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for performing complex data entry tasks, analyzing financial data, and providing expert advice to our team. You'll work closely with our financial analysts, accountants, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Key Responsibilities

* Perform complex data entry tasks, including financial record-keeping, account reconciliations, and financial reporting

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Provide expert advice to our team on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Collaborate with our financial analysts, accountants, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records
  • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial accounting and bookkeeping

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, QuickBooks, and financial planning tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in SEC and administrative quarterly reporting

  • Familiarity with Fiserv information and knowledge of COSO-based Sarbanes-Oxley internal control assessment execution
  • Military experience or examination experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
  • 1+ year of experience in credit card industry reporting; corporate/business loan products knowledge
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Experience with large 4/provincial public accounting/financial services
  • Proficiency in Essbase/SmartView, high-level Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/ pivot tables
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and bookkeeping issues
  • Ability to decipher and summarize complex information into actionable, meaningful data and recommendations
