The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with our customers and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of calls, chats, and emails from customers, providing timely and professional support to resolve their issues

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to leadership to drive continuous growth and development

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
