The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with customers and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a first-contact resolution approach
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders, products, and services
- Escalating complex issues to internal resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints and turn negative experiences into positive ones
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Have experience working with Windows operating systems or similar
- Be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
- Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
