Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote/hybrid role. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls. You'll work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers

  • Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customer challenges
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
