About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate II, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service to our financial clients. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers via phone, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide proactive support to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with customers via phone to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Take ownership of customer requests, navigating through the nuances of their situations
- Actively listen to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request
- Understand the suite of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and position appropriate solutions based on the customer's need
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide proactive support
What You Bring
* College degree preferred (minimum education accepted is a High School Diploma or GED)
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial services industry (a plus)

* Spanish bilingual (a plus)
- Ability to tenaciously solve problems with tact, efficiency, and follow-through to identify opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures
