Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Chemistry Tutor to provide one-on-one instruction to students in the Chattanooga area. As a Chemistry Tutor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality instruction in College Chemistry to students of varying skill levels
• Developing and implementing effective lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and submitting session reports to our office within 24 hours of each tutoring session
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and our office team to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Adapting to different learning styles and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our students
• Demonstrating a passion for inspiring students to excel beyond expectations

Responsibilities

As a Chemistry Tutor with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality instruction in College Chemistry to students of varying skill levels

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred
• Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement
• Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry
• Ability to prepare accordingly for each tutoring session (lesson plan)
• Having a personality that is suited for different types of students
• Strong administration skills
• Strong typing, PC and recording skills
• Having reliable transportation with current car insurance
• Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone
