Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various social media channels. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to customers through social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior support team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support processes and strategies
  • Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media content calendars, engage with customers, and monitor social media metrics

What You'll Bring

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or e-commerce environment

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or e-commerce environment

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
