Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Land Product Operations

About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing and maintaining arenaflex's land product operations, including setting up merchant contract rules, estimating and stock management, and ensuring accurate and timely product delivery to our customers. You'll work closely with our Item Activities Facilitator to manage lodging stock, land detailing, and other tasks as assigned. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain land seller profiles in our visit management framework, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain connections, and stock portions, where relevant.
- Establish and maintain all estimating and other selling rules for all direct land merchants.
- Set up design and rules for all electronically associated sellers.
- Manage land item work for new destinations.
- Screen land items for serious climate and suggest and set up edge methodologies where proper.
- Participate in investigating visit management framework innovation issues, and external technology associations (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds); capability as a contact with external suppliers where suitable.
- Provide estimating and objective data to marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Item Development group on individual seller issues requiring clarity and resolution, as well as help with inn oversell circumstances.
- Assist other arenaflex divisions with questions or issues connected with destinations and land product contributions.
- Furnish and assist arenaflex offices with customer goal for land items on a case-by-case basis.
- Cooperate with Item Development to create and meet yearly open available to be purchased (OFS) schedule.
- Assist Item Activities Facilitator with lodging stock management, land detailing, and other tasks as assigned.
- Help with emergency management for catastrophic events and crisis circumstances.
- Establish and encourage entrusting associations with partner at all levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Capabilities:
* Four-year certification; or comparable work experience; or identical mix of education and experience.
- Basic manager and effective problem-solver with intelligent fixes.
- Meticulous and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present to senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Viewpoint.
Preferred Abilities:
* At least 2 years of movement or hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of arenaflex projects, strategies, and systems.
- Knowledge of arenaflex Reservation frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Work Environment:
This role works in a professional office environment. This job regularly utilizes standard office equipment like PCs, phones, scanners, and file organizers.
