Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing Leadership and Guidance:
As a seasoned data entry specialist, you'll lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success. You'll communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide clear direction, and foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Administering Complex Financial Processes:
You'll oversee and manage complex financial processes, including bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting. Your expertise will ensure that our financial operations are accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Driving Continuous Improvement:
You'll identify areas for improvement and lead the execution of process enhancements, system updates, and control changes to refine our financial operations and ensure seamless month-end and quarter-end close.
Building High-Performing Teams:
As a mentor and coach, you'll develop and motivate high-performing teams to meet business targets, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement. You'll foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence that inspires others to reach their full potential.

4+ Years of Relevant Experience:
You'll have a proven track record of driving data entry and financial operations projects for a large, global organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You'll have experience working with cross-functional teams, including business groups, to execute financial solutions for new business initiatives.
Communication and Leadership:
You'll be an effective communicator and leader who can convey complex financial information to stakeholders, including fund and business leaders.
Technical Skills:
You'll have experience with Blackline modules, including accounts, reconciliations, and journals.
Certifications:
You'll hold a CPA or equivalent certification, or have relevant accounting experience.
Education:
You'll have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
