Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Resolving routine customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
