We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our data science team in developing smart solutions to make significant and visible impact decisions in network transformation at arenaflex. You will work closely with our team to solve complex problems, including ambient and perishable inbound network layout, center mile network flow optimization, last mile transportation and returns layout, stock placement and targets, and transportation and monetization strategies.Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:- Supporting our data science team in developing smart solutions to make significant and visible impact decisions in network transformation at arenaflex
- Working closely with our team to solve complex problems, including ambient and perishable inbound network layout, center mile network flow optimization, last mile transportation and returns layout, stock placement and targets, and transportation and monetization strategies
- Developing and optimizing models for the manufacturing environment
- Collaborating with our team to identify and prioritize projects, and to develop and implement solutions
- Providing data analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support our data science team
- Ensuring data quality and integrity, and identifying and resolving data-related issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Ph.D./M.S. in a quantitative field, including Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics, with up to ten years of relevant work experience
- Experience with one or more optimization toolkits/libraries, such as CPlex, Gurobi, XPressMP, or open-source solvers
- Strong software development skills in languages, including Python, and familiarity with machine learning libraries, including Scikit, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:- Established potential as a complete stack data scientist who develops, optimizes, and scales models for the manufacturing environment
- Experience with solving tough stock/operations planning problems, including stochastic discrete optimization problems using a variety of heuristics, integer programming models, and/or simulation-based approaches
- Experience with cloud technology, including GCP, Azure, and Spark, Hive, and TensorFlow
- A strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals
