Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist, your primary task will be to assist customers via live chat on our clients' websites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, supported by a comprehensive knowledge base and a helpful supervisory team for more complex queries
  • Escalating issues to supervisors or other teams as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the supervisory team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's best practices

Requirements:

To succeed as a Virtual Chat Support Specialist, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to undergo training to master the required skills and knowledge
  • Availability to work 20+ hours per week with a dependable internet connection
  • Flexible scheduling, with the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours based on your availability
  • Reliable device (laptop, phone, or tablet) for accessing chat functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
