Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Remote Online Chat Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat promptly and accurately
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to senior support representatives when necessary
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including issue history and resolution details
  • Collaborating with other support representatives and teams to ensure seamless customer support and resolution of complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support and chat support

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role
