Job Overview
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our online visitors, providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors
- Providing accurate information about arenaflex services and programs
- Assisting clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Documenting and escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by arenaflex
- Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing additional support if necessary
- Contributing to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols
Key Responsibilities
