Job Summary

As a Senior-Advanced Analytics Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in analyzing large data sets, identifying causal relationships, and predicting future outcomes of key business drivers. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large data sets to identify causal relationships, explain trends, and predict future outcomes of key business drivers

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Work on business analytics projects, including problem question identification, data sourcing, wrangling, query development, data exploration, augmentation, data visualization, and distillation of results to actionable insights
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time series analysis, dimension reduction, variable selection, and other analysis such as ANOVA, F-Test, T-test, Cross-Validation, and experiment design
• Work on advanced data analytics, marketing analytics, statistics, business intelligence, pricing, and financial modeling within a wireless and telecommunications industry
• Design, maintain, and update interactive online dashboards using a combination of languages and tools, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Create and deploy predictive models, including geographic location-based models, using relevant tools for wrangling geospatial data, such as Alteryx and FME
• Utilize programming languages R/Python with add-on packages, including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• Work on automating data extract, transform, and load processes
• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
• Provide insight on data and research activities, including team productivity, sales performance, and economic impact
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Work on query platforms on Microsoft SQL server

Requirements

* Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics or Computer Science

• 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Strong experience in data discovery and visualization skills using a combination of languages and tools, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Experience in designing, maintaining, and updating interactive online dashboards
• Strong experience in utilizing programming languages R/Python with add-on packages, including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• Experience in automating data extract, transform, and load processes
• Experience in conducting end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
• Strong experience in providing insight on data and research activities, including team productivity, sales performance, and economic impact
• Experience in assessing the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Experience in working on query platforms on Microsoft SQL server
• Statistical Business Analysis and Advanced Programming certificates
