Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting and organizing user data and organizational records into our system
- Collaborating with our development team to assist in the creation of tools that facilitate data migration and application setup
- Supporting end users by ensuring their accounts and credentials are properly established and functioning
- Working closely with team members to troubleshoot and address basic issues as they arise
- Committing to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous
- Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus
