Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and data management services to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' customers receive a positive experience
• Assisting customers with their orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction
• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, including order information, contact details, and preferences

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a data entry or customer support position

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping people
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
