Job Overview

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for executing data enrichment tasks, handling credentialing-related activities, and engaging with various state boards and credentialing bodies to secure status updates and verifications. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional accuracy will be essential in upholding our high-quality standards and ensuring the integrity of our quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute data enrichment tasks following comprehensive training provided by our clients

• Handle credentialing-related activities, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
• Engage with various state boards and credentialing bodies to secure status updates and verifications
• Guarantee the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry benchmarks
• Validate information supplied by third-party entities using online databases for cross-verification
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required

Required Skills

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Capable of thriving in a remote work environment
• An internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

* A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role is preferred

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
