Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping consumers navigate the complex process of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calls to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Essential Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills
- High level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation Details
* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour
- Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
- Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
Requirements
* 18 years of age or older
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
- Complete a background check and health screening
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
- NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite
