Job Summary

As a Qcare Online Chat Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our presales marketing and service initiatives. You will be responsible for responding to online chat cases on our website via the HubSpot platform, providing customers with a seamless and personalized experience. Your primary objective will be to introduce end-users to the arenaflex brand, highlighting our key product features and benefits while addressing their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to online chat cases on the arenaflex website via the HubSpot platform, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Develop a deep understanding of the arenaflex brand story, key messages, and product features to effectively communicate with customers
  • Analyze customer data and insights to create market strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Logistics, and Product Managers, to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer engagement and experience
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in operations or contact center agent roles, with a strong focus on customer service and engagement

  • Proven experience in social media and email response, with a track record of delivering high-quality customer interactions
  • Strong understanding of computer peripherals and hardware, with the ability to learn new tools and technology quickly
  • Good knowledge of branding and marketing principles, with a focus on customer-centric approaches
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in working in a Windows-based environment and web/cloud-based applications
  • Knowledge of platforms: HubSpot and Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration

  • Experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
