Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent to join our remote team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Escalated Customer Inquiries: Handle complex customer concerns through phone support, offering solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions provided, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring that our customers receive seamless support.

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and to resolve complex issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Empathy and Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and respect.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Availability: Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
